FatCow I wonder if eating cow nerves in Menudo (Mexican food) stores as fat. The nerve cooked looks like fat, i wonder if it does comes out of the body.

Yeah it is pretty much the same as eating muscle in cow-so I mean I guess it’s about the same as eating an average piece of cow-probably more like the calf muscle idk.
