Does goat’s milk has more fat than cow’s milk?

I used to drink skinny cow’s milk but I wish to change to goat’s milk because the cow’s milk make me feel bloated. But my concern is with the fat that’s on goat’s milk. Does it have much more fat than the cow’s milk? And is there such a thing as skinny goat’s milk?

I have only seen full fat goat’s milk in the grocery store, which I believe has the same fat content as regular whole milk (4%).
