So I usually eat, around 3000-4000 calories a day, work it off, then eat some more that night. I took a diet but my weight seemed over the scale. I now weigh 420.5 pounds. Is that fat?

It’s not healthy. How old are you? You can figure out how many calories you’re supposed to be eating. you are supposed to have at least 2,000 calories per day more than that would be bad for your health if you consume only 1,500 a day it will not be bad for your health but any lower may become starvation… Take your current weight times it by 10. Take that and times it by your lifestyle factor (very light activity-seated most of the day-1.4, light activity-on foot most of the day-1.6, active-athlete-1.8). Take that total(which is your maitence caloric intake) and minus 500 to lose a pound a week. I hope that helps you.

How do I place a form on my website?

I want to place a contact form on my website. However, I don’t want it to just generate an email from their email client. I want it to go unseen when they hit submit and say thank you when it’s done. Where can I find a website that offers a cut and paste code to intergrate it inside my HTML code for this? I’m hosted with Fatcow if this makes a difference.

So i want to put an applet i made onto my website. When I upload files through the file manager, however, it says my hosting website (fatcow) does not support .java or .class files. So how am I supposed to get my applet on the page? :/ Thanks for your help!
