If I don’t do something quick I am going to look like a fat cow?

I’m about 170 pounds. and yes I’m 5’6 but goodness. I just keep gaining weight. I need to get this under control.
but it’s kind of hard cause I’m a recovering bulimic and binger.
I had obsessing over exercise and food, but i’ve gained 20 pounds by not doing so.

please.

    Doing daily push-ups and sit-ups helps burn fat. It is recommended that everyone should have appr. 30mins-1 hour of workout time each day. This includes, running, walking and exercising. So putting on 20 pounds isn’t nothing really to address about. If you continue doing a daily routine of exercises you can lose weight. If you are continually gaining weight, it is recommended that you see a doctor. There are certain diseases that can cause weight gain.
