FatCow i wonder this because i just cant get on fatcow the site via proxy ultrasurf,
i knew that ultrasurf block some adult or illegal website,
is fatcow illegal? or with some scam?
and why cant i get on fatcow via ultrasurf proxy

it sounds to me like you’re trying to do some illegal crap you shouldn’t be doing or at minimum, what you’re doing is shady hence you have to hide behind proxies.
at least …. thats what it typically means when you proxy up…
hackers use proxies…
use powweb to host your websites. buy your domains through godaddy….
both are reputable.
